Pressing Changes against bad roads-St Michael road
Three days ago, I happened to be walking along St Michael road in Westlands and walked on a pavement with sewer steps. This is the recommended pedestrian walkway in this road. The maintained sewer step collapsed which caused me to break my leg. As I type this I am deeply thinking on steps to kake and sue them.
I sent more than 10,000 kshs to the wrong number.Tried to cancel the transaction but to no avail.Minutes later I give a call to one of the ladies and she was very rude to me and had the guts of informing me that it wasn't their case but I go report to the police.My money has never been recovered to date.If there was another option for another company, I would move.I guess most can relate to my story.
Misleading Advertising
I recently purchased a bag after seeing it online where it was described as of high quality. However,upon receiving the the bag I noticed that it lacked the advertised feature and differed in appearance.
Short charging
They sent a promotional text "Special Deal EXPIRING in 5 HOURS! Get 20Mbps at Ksh 800 NOW. Pay to AC 1053978 via Mpesa paybill 320320." I immediately called customer care twice to confirm, and followed up with WhatsApp message, they confirmed the promotion, after doing payment... I was only offered 10mbps, none of the customer care were answering my question and very unhelpful

My Faiba's data package is not as flexible compared to other ISPs.
Bad experience with BCD
During my journey from JKIA to my residence using BCD, I was disappointed to find the seats in an untidy condition. Additionally, the driver appeared indifferent to the situation.

If I compare the services from other local courier companies,G4S courier services tend to be more expensive in terms of the services they offer.
Delayed services or non at all
Was disappointed when I visited this place was referred by a friend but then the whole day there were no services offered and no one bothered to inform us of anything. I think communication is key.

Lack of enough Tellers
Carrefour Kisumu CBD Lack of enough tellers withing the Supermarket causes Unnecessary delays in services especially during payments. They need to pull up and have atleast two or three tellers .
Reduced experiece for local travel
When I traveled with Kenya Airways (KQ) to Kisumu last month, I was informed that refreshments would not be provided due to the short flight duration. I followed up with the cabin crew, who confirmed that refreshments are no longer served on domestic flights. I found this surprising, especially considering the fare costs. These small touches significantly enhance passenger comfort and overall experience, yet they seem to have been overlooked.

During peak times like rush hours or bad weather,Bolt apply surge pricing,making the ride more expensive than expected ,personally I experienced this last week.
